The gym crowd is catching its breath after the
surprising finish to the arm wrestling match between Roxy and KC.
Noticed by only one person, Roxy had used extra leverage with her free
arm on the chair to upset KC. Now here was
another first: belly punching. Two members offered differing views.
The crowd settled in as both women moved to
centre stage and Shaun announced this most unique event. KC spreads her legs slightly, raises her arms high until her elbows point straight up, puts her hands behind her head, exhales and crunches down.
