In the previous months two women had tried to wrestle him, but were easily beaten, both forced to submit quickly and painfully.  But what is talked about now is last month's match between Jarrod and a 19 year old male named Shaun.   Problems arose when Shaun had innocently flirted with one of Jarrod's "girlfriends".  Shaun didn't know what he had done until the match was under way when Jarrod called Shaun a "punk" for flirting with the girl, then trapped Shaun in a figure 4 leglock and not letting up even after Shaun's knee gave out.

The gym , except for Jarrod's girlfriends, was totally put-off by the incident, but Jarrod wasn't fired because the match was not funded by the gym, but was part of a private competition.  In the month that followed, everyone wondered whether there would be anymore competitions.  The question had been answered the previous week, when an anonymous challenge was posted on the gym bulletin board. It had been signed "gym owner".

The buzz among the members is that the owner is a "woman", but that isn't a certainty.

So on the day of the competition Jarrod is standing, naked on the small stage waiting for this newest challenger to make an appearance.  Suddenly, a tall, very striking woman appears on stage, wearing a flowing purple and gold floor length robe.  The woman speaks:
"I, Sheyra challenge you, not only to the muscle pose-off and the wrestling, but also to a weightlifting contest and a final challenge of bare knuckle boxing.  To win I must triumph in all four contests, while you need only to win one. If you win, I'll double your prize, if I win, you're fired!  Agreed?"
