Richard then explained, “Tara and Christina both blame each other for their car accident right outside my resort this morning.  My investigation puts them both near equally at fault, and neither of them chose to purchase the rental insurance.  Therefore, the accident would be a red mark against both of them, paid for by their auto insurance.  To avoid involving the authorities, and their respective insurance companies, Tara and Christina have agreed to settle this matter by my rules, which is why we are all here.”
After a quick swallow of his drink, Richard continued, “My venue is called The Stockade, and over the years, numerous disagreements have been settled there.  Tara and Christina have agreed to the most common rules, a topless fist fight to a knockout finish.”
