Suddenly the Mohican lashes out with a huge straight right punch aimed at the Hood's breast.  Maybe the Hood is bushed from the heat and the four previous fights, whatever the reason, she is slow to react and as a result she takes the Mohican's hard knuckles right on her left nipple.  The Hood grimaces as a bolt of pain like an electric shock surges through her chest.
