Continued from part 6: After Sancha's fight against Monique, she and her brother Marco returned to their hotel $220,000 richer and with all their money problems solved. Their trip to Japan had been very lucrative and they now intended to return to Spain and enjoy Sancha's winnings. But before they had a chance to book their flight home another proposition arrived with a telephone call the next morning. The offer was for Sancha and Marco to fight as a mixed tag team fight against a Vietnamese brother and sister team. The fight fee was $100,000 with an extra $50,000 for the winner. Although Marco had done some amateur fighting, he had never fought in public. So at first he would not agree to the proposal especially as he would have to fight naked. However, $100,000 was a lot of money to turn down, so after Sancha had worked on him for a few hours he eventually agreed to the fight. |
