The Referee starts to shout into the microphone and at last the crowd quietens down.  Then the Ref. starts to make an announcement in the native language.  I hope she will repeat it in English, but unfortunately she doesn't.  Instead all four of them leave the ring and march out of the arena - the Ref., the guy, China and Sancha.

I turn to the man alongside me "What is happening?" I ask.
"They go and they have rest" he replied.
What did that mean?  Obviously his English was not so good!

Now the house lights come on again and people start to shuffle from their seats to get refreshments.  Taking the hint, I go and I get myself a couple of beers.  Some twenty minutes later I'm half way through the second bottle when the house lights go down and the Ref. re-enters the arena followed by four naked fighters.
